You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your fee and naming the STRLCS specialist assigned to your file. They'll also request any documents we still need to complete the vetting.

You'll get a written outcome the moment vetting completes. Approved → STRLCS Verified Preferred status activated. Flagged → you'll be told exactly what needs to change, and your specialist will guide you through it.
STRLCS Verified Preferred badge issued, directory listing goes live, and WhatsApp referrals from STR-owner customers start landing. Your rating profile builds from your first job forward.
Our refund policy at a glance: The Verification Fee is non-refundable once vetting has commenced. If you don’t submit your detailed application and all documents within 30 days, your application lapses and the fee is retained. Every credential you submit must be valid at submission AND have at least 3 months before expiry — please check this before applying. If credentials are invalid, expired, or misrepresented, the fee is retained. If STRLCS determines your category or city slot is not currently open, we’ll notify you by email and offer a waiting list at a separate fee.
